Formed in the 1960’s to solely provide the carpentry needs of one home building company, ALCA, has evolved into so much more.

In 1985, and as a separate corporate entity, David C. Pasquinelli became President of ALCA, Inc. and so began the second generation of Pasquinelli Family leadership.

ALCA Carpentry Contractors, with strong and continually growing relationships with a number of Chicagoland areas top GC’s and Home Building Companies, has forged a solid reputation in both the Residential and Commercial building industries.

Daniel J. DeCicco, Vice President joined “Team ALCA” in 1995 and is responsible for developing and maintaining ALCA’s business relationships with the assistance of his sales staff.

Dan Shereck, ALCA’s Estimating Department Manager, oversees the bid process as well as ongoing project management.  With his multi-experienced and growing staff, most of who came up through the ranks of ALCA as Journeyman Carpenters, Dan continues to provide the estimating expertise that allows ALCA to pursue the wide variety of Contractors we are fortunate enough to call Customers.

Dan Macchia as Accounting Manager closely monitors ALCA’s accounting responsibilities.  And through timely payable and receivable management, which translates into real cost savings, allows us to provide the most competitive pricing possible.

Greg Carpenter, our Production Manager passionately guides ALCA’s ever-growing Production Department.  Greg clearly recognizes that our Carpentry forces are the most critical component of all the services we at ALCA Carpentry Contractors provide to our Customers.

Tim Lavin, Safety Director, also plays a crucial role for ALCA.  His constant vigilance with site inspections, safety topics for “Toolbox Talks”, and innovative methods to satisfy the productivity requirements of safety programs, ensures that ALCA continually maintains an experience modifier better than the industry average.
